How it is made

Our Olive Oil & Honey loaf starts with the same simple base as our plain sourdough: bread flour, water, salt, and our own active sourdough starter. We add a drizzle of olive oil and a touch of honey. The olive oil gives the bread a softer, more tender crumb, and the honey adds a subtle sweetness and helps the crust bake up a deeper golden brown.
