How it is made
The Jalapeño Cheddar loaf starts with a simple sourdough base: bread flour, water, salt, and my own active sourdough starter. During mixing, I've folded in diced jalapeños and shredded cheddar so every slice has pockets of melty cheese and a gentle kick of heat. It rises slowly and naturally with no commercial yeast. Then it’s shaped by hand, scored, and baked until the crust turns golden on top. It’s baked fresh in small batches for your order.
What is in it
